Products found to be defective or not matching the confirmed order specification may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Custom-moulded and OEM products manufactured to a client's specification are not eligible for return, except in case of manufacturing defect.
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method or adjusted against the next order, within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned goods.
